3200 CFM non-sparking low heat vacuum system

In zero discharge applications our powerful 3200 CFM vacuum units maximize your drilling time. The power of Hydro Carbon’s hi-vac units also reduces the need to liquefy cuttings, lowering disposal costs because boxes contain more cuttings and less water.

With its fuel capacity of 150 gallons of diesel, these units can run for 24 hours without refueling.

The skid-mounted filtration unit features cyclone separators and an efficient baghouse equipped with Dacron polyester filters. This ensures only clean air enters the blower.

To save deck space, the filtration unit stacks on the power unit. Intermodal corners with locking pins offer additional safety.
